My brother told me to ignore the small crack in my foundation wall
He said it was just settling and to save my money. Two years later, that crack let in enough water during a monsoon to ruin the carpet in my basement. Anyone in the NE Heights dealt with foundation repair companies that won't try to sell you a whole new system?

Just settling" and you waited two years... man, that's rough. I can't believe it got so bad it ruined the carpet. A small crack can let in a crazy amount of water once it gets going. I'd be so mad at my brother.
