Can we talk about hitting $9,400 in an ABQ roof fund?

Saw my savings account for the first time since I bought my house off Menaul in 2019 and realized I'd built up $9,400 just from skipping the $200/month roof maintenance plan, which convinced me those plans are mostly a waste if you check your shingles after every big wind storm.
