Bought a $180 bread machine, and after 4 months I finally admit it was worth it

I fought getting one for a long time because I figured it would sit in the closet next to the air fryer. But my wife got one anyway, a basic Cuisinart for about $180, and I rolled my eyes hard. Last Tuesday I came home late from a double shift and there was a fresh loaf waiting, still warm, and I ate half of it standing at the counter like an animal. I was wrong about it being a gimmick, the thing runs itself and I've only bought 2 loaves of store bread since. Now I'm wondering what else I dismissed too fast, anyone got something that actually paid for itself?
