I used to think meal prepping on Sunday was the only way to adult right

It took me burning out after 4 months straight of 6-hour Sunday cooking sessions to realize I hated it and was just wasting food that went bad by Thursday. Has anyone else found a less rigid food planning system that actually works for a normal person with a life?

@adam751 2 hours is still a lot for people who don't like cooking.

Wait, you spent 6 hours meal prepping every Sunday? That sounds brutal. I was the same way until I realized I was just making myself miserable. Now I just cook 2 or 3 things on the weekend and eat leftovers for a couple days. It's way simpler and I actually enjoy it.

I was skeptical at first but only taking 2 hours on Sunday changed everything for me.
