Just found out my 401k has been charging me 1.2% in fees for 10 years

I was looking through my retirement statements last night for the first time really and saw this tiny line item called 'expense ratio' that was like 1.2%. Did the math and I've probably lost thousands to fees over the last decade without even noticing. Has anyone else dug into their plan fees and found something similar?

Rolled mine over to a Vanguard IRA with index funds and saved a ton instantly lol.

Man I feel this so hard it hurts. 1.2% sounds small but when I ran the numbers on my old 401k I realized I basically paid for my advisor's summer house in the Hamptons while my portfolio barely kept up with inflation. Honestly at this point I'm just hoping my 401k fees don't end up paying for his kids' college too.
