My boss told me my project updates were 'just data, no story' and it clicked.
I used to send emails with bullet points and numbers. Now I start with the one thing that matters most, like 'we saved $200 on shipping this week by changing carriers.' Anyone else get feedback that flipped a switch?

So what was the old way actually costing you?

Just my sanity and like half my paycheck. Felt like a part-time job I was paying to do.

My old method was burning about three hours every Sunday just planning meals and making a grocery list. I was also wasting maybe forty bucks a week on last-minute takeout because I had no plan. Switching to a two-week meal prep cycle cut that planning time down to maybe an hour total and those impulse buys are basically gone. The time and money adds up fast.
