Sat in a coffee shop on 5th Street and watched a guy spend 20 minutes trying to explain his insurance claim over the phone...

He looked so tired and kept saying 'I just need someone to tell me what form to fill out.' Has anyone else had a week where just one simple thing feels impossible?

Watched a similar thing happen at the DMV last month. Honestly, I feel like the real problem is that nobody is allowed to just give a straight answer anymore. Everyone has to follow a script or transfer you to another department. It makes those simple tasks feel like a maze you have to solve while already frustrated.
