Unpopular opinion: being unemployed is actually way harder than being overworked
I got laid off 8 weeks ago and honestly thought it'd be a vacation. But the endless job apps and radio silence from recruiters is crushing my soul in a way my old 60-hour weeks never did. Which side of this coin have you found worse - the burnout or the silence?
