Overheard a partner at an agency mixer say they don't read any pitch decks over 10 slides
That one line made me rethink my whole approach to presentations, so I cut our last deck down to 8 slides with just the key numbers and we landed a deal that's worth about $15k a month, has anyone else tried trimming down their proposals like that?
