Oh man, that's such a solid piece of advice. For me, it's just being stupidly responsive. Like, if a partner emails with a question, I drop what I'm doing and get them an answer within the hour, even if it's just a "I'm looking into this." It builds so much trust.

Totally agree with @price.tara! That quick "on it" reply is a game changer. Makes people feel heard right away.

Exactly, that quick reply shows you respect their time. I've found it helps to set a clear next step too, like "I'll have the full report by end of day Thursday." It stops the back and forth and gives them a date to expect the full answer.
