Rant: The referral pipeline I built over 5 years dried up in 3 months after our main partner got bought out
Back in February, a medium-sized ad agency we had been trading leads with since 2019 got acquired by a national firm, and by May every single one of our mutual clients had switched to their in-house vendor network without telling me. Has anyone else had a partnership vanish overnight after a merger?
