Man, that reminds me of the time I paid $300 for a "prospecting database" that was just a spreadsheet of company names you could get from a free Google search. The dates were all from two years before, like yours. I felt so ripped off I just stared at my screen for a solid ten minutes.

Oh man, "just stared at my screen for a solid ten minutes" is exactly what I did too. I fell for a "business credit builder" course that was literally just a link to a free government website and a screenshot of someone's credit score. The whole thing cost $250 and I felt like such an idiot when I realized I could have found it all on YouTube in ten minutes. It's that sinking feeling when you know you've been played and you just sit there replaying how you got talked into it.
