Warning: I thought white label partners were all smoke and mirrors until last month
I avoided white label SEO partnerships for like 3 years because I figured they'd just take my money and deliver templated garbage. But when we landed a $12,000/month ecommerce client in Austin we simply couldn't staff, I gave one a shot with a single campaign. They came back with link building that actually passed manual review and a content strategy that outperformed our in-house stuff by 40%. Has anyone else been burned by a white label partner before or am I just late to the party here?

Wait are we really acting like one good experience means white label is suddenly legit? lol. I've talked to like five different agencies that tried the same thing and got totally burned on content that was clearly spun garbage or links from PBNs that got them manual penalties. One client found their "exclusive" content on a spammy Spanish blog word for word. That's the kind of horror story that keeps me from even looking at these companies. Your one win is cool and all, but I'd be real nervous about scaling that without some serious vetting first. Just seems like you got lucky with a decent partner, not that the industry has changed.
