DAE think preheating the air fryer is a waste of time or actually worth it?
I hit 100 air fryer meals last week and got curious about preheating. Some recipes swear by it for crispy results, like when I did chicken wings at 380°F for 25 minutes and they came out perfect without preheating. But then I tried frozen fries straight in cold and they were soggy, so I preheated next time and they were way crunchier. My buddy says he never preheats and his food is fine, but I feel like it depends on what you're cooking. What's your take? Do you always preheat or just toss it in cold and hope for the best?

Feel you on this one, I've been in the same spot where frozen stuff totally flops without a preheat. Honestly for fries and anything breaded I always preheat now, saves the disappointment.

Nah, frozen stuff is the main reason to preheat actually, it makes a huge difference.
