Funny @hollyg59, I actually found the real game changer was how frozen broccoli soaks up way less oil than fresh in the air fryer. Fresh always drips oil everywhere and gets that greasy film, but frozen just takes what it needs. Ends up lighter tasting even when you're shaking on the buffalo seasoning after.
