Found a dumb simple way to get my chicken wings extra crispy without any oil
I was sick of soggy wings every time I tried air frying them, so I stuck them in the fridge uncovered for 2 hours before cooking to dry out the skin. Has anyone else tried this or got a better trick for crunchy wings?

Whoa, that fridge trick is the real deal, I've been doing it for years! @felix824 hit the nail on the head, that drying step is everything for getting that skin to crackle. I actually take it one step further: I pat them dry with paper towels, then leave them uncovered on a wire rack in the fridge overnight if I can. The extra time makes the skin almost like paper before they even hit the heat.
