Had to choose between boneless thighs and chicken breasts for buffalo bites last night

I went with thighs because they were on sale for $2.49 a pound at my local market, and honestly they came out way juicier than breasts ever do in the air fryer... tossed them in Frank's after cooking and they were perfect. Has anyone else found one cut works better than the other for certain recipes?

Whoa hold up, you're telling me you got boneless thighs for two-fifty a pound? That's insane. Around here they're usually three-fifty at the cheapest and I've seen them hit four bucks at the big chain stores. I practically did a double-take reading that. Man, I'd stock my whole freezer at that price, no question. Air fryer thighs are the way to go too, they stay so much more tender than breasts. You scored a serious deal there.

@oscarb77 yeah that "stock my whole freezer" part is exactly what I was thinking when I saw that price. Two-fifty a pound is basically robbery in broad daylight, you gotta take advantage of it. I swear chicken prices have gotten completely unhinged lately, even the cheap cuts are getting pricey. Boneless thighs being that low feels like a glitch in the matrix or something. Air fryer thighs are unbeatable too, that crispy skin without the hassle is a life saver. You're right, breasts dry out way too easy, thighs are the real MVP for meal prep.

Lol right? I felt like I was committing a crime swiping that price. My husband thinks I've lost my mind with the amount of chicken I've stuffed in there but hey, at least we won't starve.
