I quit boiling corn on the stove after my sister's air fryer corn at a BBQ in Omaha changed my mind
I used to boil corn for 10 minutes in a big pot on the stove, and it always came out a little waterlogged. My sister made air fryer corn at a BBQ in Omaha, 400 degrees for 12 minutes with a little butter and chili powder, and the kernels were sweet and had actual char on them. Has anyone else made the switch, or am I just late to this?
