Kinda tired of people saying you need a $200 air fryer for good results
I was at Target last week and overheard some guy telling his friend you gotta spend at least $150 on an air fryer or the food comes out rubbery. I got my basic Gourmia for $40 on clearance two years ago and it still makes perfect crispy chicken thighs every time. Does anyone else feel like the price gatekeeping in these groups gets a little out of hand?

Right? Same thing happens with blenders and coffee makers.

Got the same Gourmia for $35 at Walmart three years ago. Thing is a beast. Makes perfect roasted veggies and reheats pizza way better than the microwave. My buddy spent $180 on some fancy brand and his fries come out burnt half the time. Price tags don't mean squat if you don't know how to use it.
