Picked the $40 basket air fryer over the $120 one and my wings came out fine
Went back and forth for a week at the store. The fancy one had a window and a probe. The cheap one just had a dial. I went with the cheap one because I only cook for myself. First batch of wings, 400 degrees for 22 minutes, turned once halfway. They came out crispy and the skin did not stick. I was honestly shocked because I figured a window would matter more. Has anyone used both and can tell me what I am missing?
Funny how the cheap version of stuff usually does the exact same job and we just pay extra for the worry. Had the same thing with a coffee maker and a toaster, the basics never let me down. Half the time the extra buttons are just there to make us feel like we're getting more.
