Shoutout to my air fryer for saving dinner after a long day
I got home late from work on Tuesday and my plan for chicken thighs fell apart. I tossed them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 18 minutes with just some salt and pepper, and they came out perfectly crispy. What's your go-to quick air fryer meal for those really tired nights?

Yo same here! Frozen meatballs in the air fryer are stupid easy but I take it up a notch by tossing em in some buffalo sauce after they're done and throwing em on a tortilla with ranch.

Air fryer tofu is my secret weapon when I'm wiped out. It sounds weird but pressing extra firm tofu and cubing it takes two minutes. A spray of oil and some garlic powder makes it crisp up in ten minutes. I toss it with a bottled peanut sauce and microwave some frozen rice. It feels like takeout but costs way less and is faster than waiting for delivery.

Honestly, I used to think air fryers were just for reheating fries. Then I got desperate one night and threw in some frozen meatballs. Ten minutes later I had them on a hoagie roll with jarred sauce and cheese. It was a total game changer for my lazy dinners. Now I always keep a bag of those in the freezer.
