Update: I had to choose between a full rack of ribs or just the tips for my air fryer.

I went with the full rack, cut it into sections, and it took about 35 minutes at 380 degrees. The meat was tender but the ends got a little too crispy for my taste. Would you guys always go for the full rack, or are the tips alone better for a quicker cook?

What if you just lower the temp next time?

Lowering the temp is the obvious fix, but sometimes you need that high heat to get a proper sear on a steak. My oven runs cool anyway, so if I drop it another 25 degrees nothing will brown. Maybe the recipe itself is wrong, or my oven thermometer needs checking. What kind of food are you even trying to save here?

35 minutes at 380 sounds like the ends got blasted, did you try flipping them halfway? And @nancy524, you think the air fryer just runs hotter than most ovens so you can't really compare temps?
