Chasing the leak on a CL-604 took 3 tries, found it under the galley floor
First two attempts I replaced the drain valve and the gasket, still had water seeping into the aft cabin. Turned out the waste line clamp was loose from a previous repair, took an hour with a mirror and flashlight to catch it. Anyone else ever get burned by a simple clamp hiding under a floor panel?

Did you verify the new clamps torque on the first pass, or was it just a visual check that let that one slide? Honestly, that hidden spot is a classic lesson in trusting the tool over your eyeballs.
