Paper manuals beat tablets on the hangar floor, every time

I finally gave up on the digital maintenance app after 4 months of fighting it. The tablet kept lagging every time I needed a torque spec, and gloves plus a touchscreen just don't mix. Switched back to the old paper binders we keep in the toolbox. I can flip to a page in seconds, write notes in the margin, and I don't worry about dropping a $900 device off a stand. Last week I did an engine mount inspection in half the time it took with the app. Has anyone else gone back to paper after trying the digital route?
