Am I the only one who thinks wireless sensors are getting too unreliable?
I visited a job site in Miami last week where the homeowner had 6 false alarms in 3 days from some name-brand wireless sensors, but then the hardwired system from 2005 never blinked once - so is the convenience worth the tradeoff in stability?

That wireless thing bringing six false alarms in three days is exactly what happened to my buddy Dave. He spent a whole weekend chasing down phantom alerts from his new sensors while his old hardwired stuff just sat there quiet.
