Just realized I've been mounting keypads too high for 8 years

Had a customer in Dayton who was 5 foot 2 and couldn't reach the panic button on her wall panel during a test, she had to jump. That made me check my notes and every install I ever did put the keypad at 60 inches, now I drop everything to 48 unless the customer asks otherwise. Anyone else running into reach issues with older clients or shorter homeowners?
