Paid $300 for a cellular dialer upgrade back in 2018. Still works but the monthly fee doubled since then.

Mine did the same thing, waited two months before the company finally sent a replacement.

Start by checking the dates on this. I think you might be mixing up a couple of things. The original post says the dialer upgrade was from 2018, but your comment about the replacement sounds like it happened recently. My situation was with a different brand, an older model from 2015, and the replacement took about six weeks back then. Probably best to clarify what system and timeline you're actually dealing with so people don't get the wrong idea about what to expect.
