Unpopular opinion: I still run hardwired zones in 2024 and I am not sorry
When a customer in Rochester asked me to go all wireless on a 1920s house last month, I stuck with hardwired runs in the walls and only went wireless for the two doors I could not fish, and it saved them maybe $600 in batteries and callbacks down the road. Any of you still pulling wire on old houses, or am I just the last guy in the trade doing it?
