Blew $600 on a Mesa networking group that was just a sales pitch circle
I signed up for that 'Executive Connect' thing in Scottsdale and every single meeting was just people pushing their own services, zero actual referrals coming my way after 3 months, has anyone found a group in Phoenix that actually works?

3 months in that thing I hit the exact same wall. Try "Desert Valley Leads" in Tempe instead, been going for 6 months and actually got 2 solid client referrals last month from a CPA and a real estate agent who don't sell anything to each other. They cap the group at 15 people with one person per industry so you're not competing with 3 other sales guys shilling the same junk.

Did you actually get any warm intros or just promises? Seems like those groups are built on hype and recycled sales talk. What kind of business are you in, maybe someone here has a lead on a legit group for your industry?
