Two sides here: some folks at the East Valley Chamber meetups say paid ads are the only way to get real leads, others say old school cold outreach still wins, so which one actually built your pipeline here in the Valley?

Wait, you got real replies from cold emails off just $400? That's the part I can't wrap my head around. Every time I've tried cold outreach it felt like tossing paper airplanes into a hurricane, just zero response and a whole lot of wasted hours. If that test actually turned into booked calls or sales and not just opens, that changes things a lot. What did your follow up look like, because I feel like that's where most people give up too early.
