Had to choose between a Chandler networking group and a Tempe one last month

I work nights so early morning meetups are rough. Chandler group met at 7am, Tempe one met at 6pm. I picked the evening Tempe one since I'm usually awake by then. Got three solid leads from one meeting, but I'm still dragging myself there after my shift ends. Has anyone else had luck with evening networking groups over morning ones?

Bro I gotta disagree hard on mornings being worse. I used to crash after night shifts too but forcing myself to those 7am Chandler meetings was the only thing that got my schedule semi normal. Plus morning people are way more focused and less likely to just be there for the free pizza.

My cousin tried the same thing after he switched to day shifts and it messed him up for months. I feel you though, sometimes you gotta just push through the rough mornings to get your body back on track. That 7am meeting grind is brutal but it sounds like it actually worked for you.
