That midnight water heater failure in my rental basement
I was replacing a faucet washer under a sink at 11pm when the tenant's water heater burst and flooded the crawlspace, so I shut the main valve, called my buddy with a sump pump, and we got it drained before the drywall soaked through, but now I'm wondering how you all handle emergency calls when you're already mid-job, has anyone else juggled two disasters at once?
