Pro tip: my brand new pressure washer died after 2 uses and the warranty was useless
Bought a $350 unit from Lowe's last month, first use it worked fine, second use the pump seized up, and the manufacturer said I used the wrong detergent even though I followed the manual, so has anyone else dealt with that excuse from a warranty claim?
