That random stranger at the bus stop taught me a better way to fold fitted sheets last Tuesday

I was standing at the bus stop on 5th and Main around 4pm, wrestling with a fitted sheet I just pulled from the dryer. This older guy next to me just laughed and asked if I wanted a tip. He showed me this trick where you tuck the corners into each other, then fold it like a rectangle. I thought he was messing with me at first, but I tried it when I got home and it actually worked like a charm. No more wrinkled ball of fabric taking up half my closet shelf. Has anyone else learned random life hacks from strangers in weird places like that?

My cousin tried that "method" and ended up with a flat tire and a bruised ego. Funny how things never go as planned when you wing it.
