Hit 200 sales on Etsy in one month and it felt weird more than good

I opened my shop last year selling handmade leather wallets and was averaging maybe 30 sales a month. Then suddenly in October I got 200 orders and I couldn't keep up, messed up a bunch of them, and got three 1-star reviews. Now I'm wondering is hitting a big milestone actually a win if it burns you out or should I have turned down some orders to keep quality?

Happened to me last year with custom keychains. I just started saying no to orders once I hit my limit. Lost some sales but kept my rating clean. Way better than burning out and ruining your reputation.
