I finally get why my dad hated his work truck

Grew up hearing him complain about that old F-150 every single day. Last Tuesday I borrowed a buddy's truck to haul some plywood and the seat angle put my back in a knot for two days. Realized he wasn't grumpy, he was just sore from a bad driving position 40 hours a week. So I spent $35 on a foam wedge for my own car seat and it made a world of difference on my commute. Anyone else ever blame someone's attitude on personality when it was actually their equipment the whole time?
