The worst Tuesday of my entire year happened last month

I got three emergency service calls in one day and every single one was a nightmare. First call was a house where the panel was buzzing so loud you could hear it from the driveway. Turned out the main breaker was arcing inside, had to replace the whole thing on site. Second call was a restaurant kitchen where a grease fire had melted half the wiring in the ceiling. That took 4 hours to even figure out where to start. Third call was a new build where the homeowner had tried to wire a subpanel himself and almost burned the garage down. By the time I got home at 11pm I had zero energy left. Has anyone else ever had a day where everything that could go wrong actually did?

My neighbor owns a coffee shop and had a Tuesday where his biggest problem was running out of oat milk. He closed early, went home at 4pm, and said it was the worst day of his year. I don't mean to be that guy, but getting paid emergency rates for three service calls sounds like a solid paycheck to me, not a nightmare. Some people would kill for a job where you can bill overtime and have clear work to show for it. Your mileage may vary, but I've seen electricians sit around for weeks with no calls, so a busy day doesn't sound all that bad.
