Vent: I finally asked a dumb question at work after 3 years of pretending I knew
I never understood what our monthly accrual report was actually for, so I just nodded along in meetings since 2022. Last Tuesday I asked my manager to walk me through it, and it took her 4 minutes to explain something I'd been faking for years. Anyone else sit on a basic question way longer than they should have?
