Appreciation post: used to shoot 200 frames a night hoping one was sharp, now I take 20 with a bahtinov mask and keep almost all of them
Bought a $22 mask for my William Optics scope in March and my keep rate on Orion went from maybe 3 good subs a session to 18 out of 20, so now I spend the saved time actually stacking instead of deleting, and I'm wondering if a polemaster would tighten my polar alignment the same way.

Same here, bahtinov cut my throwaways from 90% to like 10%, total game changer.
