Stacking 40 shots by hand nearly made me quit, then a $12 gadget fixed it
I used to line up each frame of the moon by nudging my tripod and hoping for the best, which ate up most of my clear nights in Tucson. Now I use a cheap intervalometer so the camera fires off 60 shots on its own, and I just stack the sharpest 30 in free software later. Anybody else find a tiny purchase that made their whole shooting routine way less painful?
