That week I spent 4 nights taking photos of the same nebula

I picked the Veil Nebula last Tuesday and set up my telescope in the backyard. First night, clouds rolled in after 20 minutes. Next night, my autoguider kept losing the star. Third night, a neighbor's floodlight turned on at 11 PM. By Friday, everything finally lined up and I got about 3 hours of clean data. Has anyone else had a run of bad luck with a specific target?

Whoa, the Veil Nebula is actually a supernova remnant, not a nebula.

oh man, i guess i'm the only one who still calls it a nebula like a total space tourist lol. thanks for the heads up @james_kim, i'll stick to calling it a "really pretty space cloud" from now on.
