Dropped $400 on a fancy paint mixing system, returned it within a week
Grabbed that fancy paint mixing system for $400 thinking it would speed up my work, but it was just a headache with clogged nozzles and inaccurate ratios so I sent it back, anyone else had better luck with the manual stick method?

Honestly, my buddy tried one of those mixers and had the same exact problem. He was so pumped to save time but ended up fighting with it every single day for like two weeks before he gave up. The nozzles would clog up on him right in the middle of a job, which was a nightmare. Then the ratios would be off and he'd have to redo whole batches of paint. He finally threw in the towel and went back to the stick method, said it was way more reliable and less stressful. Ngl, I think some of these gadgets just look good on paper but don't hold up in real use.

Double down on what @paul346 said - those cheap mixers are a gamble and the stick method never lets you down when you're on a deadline.
