Had a customer bring in a '68 Mustang with a quarter panel that was 90% Bondo. Took us a full week to strip it down to bare metal and start fresh. What's the worst hidden damage you've found under a 'quick fix'?

Read about a guy who bought a truck with a "clean" frame. Turned out the rails were packed with dirt and newspaper over rust holes. Some people will do anything to hide a problem.

Used to think like sean_johnson16 about stories getting blown up, but seeing a frame packed with mud changes your mind real quick.

A full week to strip one panel seems like a lot. That much filler is bad, but maybe the metal underneath wasn't totally gone. Sometimes the horror stories get exaggerated.
