Question about spending $400 on a 3M PPS system - did it actually help anyone?

I keep seeing people online say the 3M PPS system is a must have for any serious painter. So I dropped $400 on the starter kit back in February for my shop in Cleveland. Used it for about two months on maybe 15 jobs and honestly I think I mix paint faster with a regular cup. The adapter cups leak on the edges sometimes and cleaning them takes forever. Plus you still have to buy those disposable liners over and over. Am I the only one who thinks this thing is overhyped or did I just get a bad batch of parts?

Oh come on, you're crazy for this take. That system saves me so much time on cleanup and paint waste that it pays for itself in a month.

@elizabeth900 have you actually run the numbers on that? A month seems optimistic unless you're spraying daily and wasting half your paint before. I'd need to see that math to buy it.
