That customer who watched me sand for 20 minutes then asked if it was dry yet
Guy in Tulsa leaned over my shoulder while I was blocking a quarter panel and said 'you're just making it smooth, right, not fixing the dent?' and it hit me that most people think we just slap paint on, so I walked him through the whole repair timeline and now I always ask customers if they want to see the work before I close the bay, has anyone else had that eye-opening moment with a curious onlooker?
