Vent: that $80 'premium' dent puller set I bought off Facebook marketplace

I mean I figured it was a gamble but the glue failed on the third pull and now I'm stuck drilling holes for a slide hammer instead, has anyone else had better luck with those cheap kits or is it just me?

Heating the panel actually made my glue turn into a stringy mess that wouldn't set right. Did you use a specific brand of glue with that kit, or just whatever came in the box? Because I'm wondering if the cheap glue is the real problem here, not the puller itself.

Did you try heating the panel first, I saw a guy on YouTube say that helps the glue hold better?
