Dispatcher told me "everyone pays the deposit, don't worry about it" and I'm still waiting on my car
Booked a move from Phoenix to Denver back in March and the dispatcher kept saying my $200 deposit was normal and to just relax about the pickup window. Car sat for 9 days past the date, and when I called the actual driver he said he'd never heard of my booking. Why do so many brokers talk like a deposit locks in a date when the carrier doesn't even know you exist?
