My Aunt Linda cornered me at Thanksgiving about why I'm still single

She asked me point blank in front of 15 people at my cousin's house in Toledo if I was "holding out for a model." I just stood there holding a plate of mashed potatoes while everyone went quiet. Then she followed me into the kitchen and whispered that her hairdresser's son was single and lived in his mom's basement. Has anyone else had a relative try to set you up in the worst possible way?

Bet you her hairdresser's son has to ask his mom for permission to use the good Wi-Fi, that's rough. Sounds like Aunt Linda just wanted some attention herself, not actually help you out.

Holding mashed potatoes while being put on the spot in front of 15 people is my actual nightmare. Also her asking if you were holding out for a model, what year does she think this is, 1952? @samwalker bet you she saw the whole thing as her chance to be the main character of the dinner.
