Sat through a whole dinner before he said his 'ex-girlfriend' was actually his wife
We were at a tapas place in Austin and everything was going fine until the waitress asked if we wanted separate checks, and he goes 'Nah, we're good' while looking at me like I was supposed to pay for both of us. How do you even respond to that without making a scene?

Wait, secret marriages? Like people are actually getting married in secret at a tapas place in Austin? That's wild, I didn't even know that was a thing. Are we talking like celebrity level secret or just people being sneaky about their elopements? I need to know more about this because the idea of someone having a full on tapas dinner and then just quietly getting hitched in the back room sounds insane to me. It's giving Vegas chapel vibes but with better food and less neon. This is blowing my mind a little bit right now.
