Third date win: he asked before touching my hand, gasp

Honestly after 12 bad dates this year, I thought chivalry was dead. But this guy from Philly actually asked permission before holding my hand at the movie theater, and it felt huge. Everyone on here talks about red flags, but what about green ones like this? Has anyone else had a small gesture make them rethink their whole dating bar?
